1.2 “Client” refers to any individual, business, or entity engaging The Digital Tailors for services.
1.3 “Services” refers to all offerings provided by The Digital Tailors, including but not limited to digital marketing, videography, creative content creation, and social media management.
2.1 By engaging with The Digital Tailors, the Client agrees to these terms and conditions.
2.2 All services provided are subject to availability and agreement on scope, timeline, and payment terms.
2.3 The Digital Tailors reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Any updates will be posted on our website and will take immediate effect.
3.1 The scope of services, including deliverables, will be outlined in a signed agreement or proposal between The Digital Tailors and the Client.
3.2 Any modifications to the agreed scope must be requested in writing and may be subject to additional fees and timeline adjustments.
4.1 Payment terms will be outlined in the service agreement. Invoices are payable within the specified timeframe, typically 14 days unless otherwise stated.
4.2 Late payments may incur interest at the rate of 2% per month.
4.3 The Digital Tailors reserves the right to suspend services if payment terms are not met.
5.1 Ownership of all materials created by The Digital Tailors will be transferred to the Client upon full payment of all invoices, unless otherwise specified.
5.2 The Digital Tailors reserves the right to use completed work for portfolio and marketing purposes unless explicitly prohibited by the Client.
6.1 Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of all proprietary information shared during the engagement.
6.2 Confidentiality agreements may be established upon request.
7.1 The Digital Tailors will not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services.
7.2 The Client assumes full responsibility for the accuracy and legality of any content provided to The Digital Tailors for use in campaigns or projects.
8.1 Either party may terminate the agreement with 30 days’ written notice.
8.2 Fees for work completed up to the date of termination will remain payable.
8.3 Non-refundable deposits may apply for certain services and will be outlined in the service agreement.
9.1 These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
9.2 Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in the courts of Dubai.
